2017 Album of the Year: @MeekMill – Wins and Losses

“Wins and Losses” is Meek Mill’s 3rd and best studio album. It’s my personal favorite album from the year 2017. The production is incredible, the lyrics are fire, and the content of the album captures the vibe of the year as a whole. Not many singles have been released from the album, but visuals have helped bring the album to life. A lot has been documented about Meek’s current incarceration and his album has gotten lost in the shuffle. Songs like “We Ball” featuring Young Thug, “Young Black America” featuring The Dream, “Fall Thru,” “Price,” “Connect The Dots,” “Issues,” “Glow Up,” “1942 Flows,” and “Whatever You Need” featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign are all impactful. Whether they’re impacting the club dance floors or car stereos. This year was poised to be the year of Meek. Although plans have been derailed, the future is looking quite bright for Meek Mill!
