HotBoy Turk is an original Hot Boy. As a member of Cash Money Records he found success as a member of the Rap group the “Hot Boys.”
Turk alongside Juvenile, B.G., and Lil Wayne would be a Rap superstar in the late 1990’s. The groups songs “We On Fire,” “I Need A Hot Girl,” and others would soon take over nightclub dance floors throughout the United States of America.
Their album “Guerrilla Warfare” would become a Billboard 200 Top 5 album. However, several setbacks, Juvenile leaving the label and both Turk and B.G. being incarcerated, would keep a group reunion from happening after their initial stint.
After being released from prison in 2012, Turk would restart his career and later sue Cash Money Records for unpaid royalties. Turk won the $1.3 Million lawsuit and asked for the case to be dismissed after both sides agreed to a settlement.
In 2017, Turk appeared on the OWN Network series “Iyanla: Fix My Life” with his wife. Their the host would help the couple get on the right path to fixing their marriage issues.
Now after taking care of home issues, Turk is looking to once again take his music career to star levels. Turk took to social media with Cash Money Records CEO Birdman to announce he has resigned with the legendary Rap label.
This looks like a sign of a possible Hot Boys reunion in the near future after the release of B.G. from prison. Are you ready to see a reunion of yet another legendary Rap group?
