Chinese reporters were taken on a tour recently. This tour was for the scheduled to be opened Universal Studios Beijing.
The construction site is located in Beijing’s Tongzhou district. The theme park is currently expected to open in May 2021.
This even despite tension between the U.S. abd China. Universal Studios Beijing hopes to open by its scheduled date after pushing past the current coronavirus pandemic.
Warner Music Group has announced the price of it’s formal IPO. News of the public offering was announced recently.
The IPO of Class A common stock was 77,000,000 shares. It will become available at a public offering price of $25 per share.
Earlier this year, Warner Music Group filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This after the number of available public shares was increased.
Warner Music Group recently took steps in the progression of their social justice campaign. The Family Foundation of one of it’s owners, Len Blavatnik, announced a $100 million fund this week.
The fund is set to support charitable causes. Causes that are related to the music industry and social justice.
Campaigns against violence and racism will also be supported by the fund. The funds creation was sparked by the recent observance of “#TheShowMustBePaused” by the music industry.

“Just Mercy” was a film
released in 2019. Today, Warnere Bros. is offering free rentals of the movie due to it’s importance.
The film is about the work of civil rights attorney Bryan Stevenson. It stars Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx.

The death of George Floyd, which triggered widespread protests across the US, has been declared a homicide. This in an official post-mortem examination.
The 46-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest while being restrained by Minneapolis police, the report found. It listed Mr Floyd’s cause of death as “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression”.
